hi there in responce to your oil quistion, i used 10wt motor cycle synthetic oil, halfords brand. its the same as the chain reaction stuff and 12 quid cheaper, i find that the 245ml in each leg really improves the self dampening of the fork as it has no rebound control so a hevier oil and more in each led really helps.
